Stevi B’s Pizza, a leading fast casual pizza buffet serving premium pizza, pasta, salad and dessert, was founded in 1996 in Atlanta by Bob and Richard Stoll and is currently owned by Argonne Capital, an Atlanta private equity firm focused on growing restaurant and retail companies into category leaders. Recognized for serving the highest quality pizzas “made from scratch”, Stevi B’s is a family friendly, community-driven brand that offers a distinct menu of specialty pizzas such as the Loaded Baked Potato, Buffalo Chicken, Cheeseburger and Spinach Alfredo, served fresh and at a great value in an atmosphere that is fun for adults and children.

Franchise History
In the early 90s, two brothers were sharing a meal at a nearby pizza buffet when they began devising an idea to launch their own restaurant that would offer high quality pizza, desserts and salad at a great value. Their dream became a reality in 1996 when the first Stevi Bs Ultimate Pizza Buffet opened its doors outside of Atlanta, Georgia.
From the beginning, Stevi B’s became a neighborhood gathering place that attracted members of the community to enjoy a fun and relaxing evening with family. In fact, the first location was so popular that customers began asking if they could buy the place. One particular customer was so persistent that the brothers finally agreed to franchise their pizza buffet concept in 1999 (they were reluctant to do so).
In 2008, after franchising the business for more than 10 years, Argonne Capital Group, one of the most prestigious private investment firms in the country (seasoned successful entrepreneurs and the largest IHOP franchisee, large Applebees franchisee, Krystal franchisor) recognized the value of the brand, and understood franchisings intricacies better than the founders. Argonne acquired the brand and catapulted it onto the national restaurant scene. Since 2008, Argonne has doubled the companys footprint.
Today, Stevi B’s stretches across eight states, with seven corporate and 41 franchised locations. CEO and president Matt Loney (came from Mellow Mushroom; an attorney) is helping guide the brand towards continued growth both now and in the future.
