Everyone knows you can get great tasting, fresh quality seafood on the coast—but you have to travel to the coast to get it. Our mission is to help you bring that same crave-able seafood to your town. Our experience and ability to source high-quality seafood at a fair price, combined with recipes and techniques from our Culinary Institute of America (CIA) trained Executive Chef, translates to great tasting food (blackened, broiled or crispy) that is second to none!
The coast is here with great food and southern hospitality, where our unique, fast casual setting sets us apart. We provide a great experience for business lunches and family gatherings at our place or catered off-site.

CONCEPT
Freshly prepared seafood that is moderately priced. Food and drink orders are placed at the counter, guests are instructed to have a seat while food is freshly prepared and delivered to the table. Once seated, guests receive the equivalent of a full serve experience (no trash cans in the dining room). The décor provides inviting elements that complement the dining experience, yet keep it simple. We serve beer, wine and a limited dessert menu.
MENU
Cooking methods consist of broiled, blackened or crispy (BBC). We serve Shrimp, Crab Cakes, Oysters (fried), Red Snapper, Grouper, Tilapia, Mahi Mahi and Catfish. Other features include Po Boys, Shrimp and Grits, Gumbo, Salads, Fish and Shrimp Tacos, Chicken Tenders, Burgers and more. Drinks include coke products, lemonade, tea, wine, and beer. Desserts include cakes, cookies and brownies.

Franchise History
Wharf Casual Seafood is a culmination of hard work, dedication, perseverance, and a genuine love for great food and customers. The Duggar family’s passion for seafood and the ‘way of life’ for the local fishermen is evident in all of their entrepreneurial endeavors and Wharf adaptations. Their main objective: to bring fresh seafood, from the coast, straight to your table. Their journey began some forty years ago in the wholesale seafood business, eventually garnering over 13,000 accounts, worldwide. After consecutive hurricanes, it became evident that a new direction should be taken in order for their own economic survival, thus, the opening of the “Wharf Seafood Restaurant” in 1986. No doubt, a different, new, and exciting concept for Tallahassee. It was marked with resounding success, and was soon considered one of the top seafood restaurants in the state of Florida.
