Franchise History
In 1987, Mr. Hiawatha Williams opened his first Williams Chicken Drive-Thru Eatery in Dallas, Texas. Today, there are over 50 Williams Chicken stores in operations. The majority of the Williams Chicken stores are located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area. However, store locations now include South, East and West Texas, along with Northern Louisiana.
