MADabolic Signs a Lease to Expand its Franchise Presence in Pittsburgh
MADabolic, the franchise leaders in strength and conditioning, is pleased to announce that a lease has been signed to officially welcome another MADabolic to the Pittsburgh market under owners/operators, Jake and Rachel Christian.
As original members of MADabolic Strip District, Jake and Rachel come to the table with no shortage of experience with and passion for the brand. When it comes to expanding the concept’s presence in Pittsburgh, Jake sees plenty of opportunity: “the workouts are better than any alternative I’ve found in the group fitness scene, and there’s no shortage of Pittsburgh residents with whom MADabolic will deeply resonate.”
The new studio will be located at 4868 McKnight Road, Space #2. Rick Del Sontro, MADabolic Brand President, is very optimistic about the site. “It’s about 8 miles away from our original Pittsburgh location in the Strip District, allowing us to offer the best strength and conditioning concept on the market to an entirely different segment of the Pittsburgh population.”
Initially founded in Charlotte, NC, MADabolic has 33 studios operating and another 80+ in development in markets across the country. Rooted in science, MADabolic’s distinctive interval system is crafted around intentional work-to-rest ratios, offering a challenging yet scalable workout for a wide range of clients. The boutique concept attracts the everyday go-getter who prioritizes health and fitness.
From a top-notch strength-biased training program to robust operating systems designed to help owners thrive to a team of experts behind the brand, MADabolic provides franchise owners with a blueprint for success in any market
